Chapter 01
Confirm the room plan
Generator Dublin offers group room configurations from twin rooms to larger ensuite dorms, with 2–15 beds per room. Tell SEDA Summer the expected student and leader numbers, and ask which room block and ensuite options can be confirmed for your dates.
Prepare the rooming list before arrival and clearly show how students and leaders should be grouped. The final room plan should follow the details confirmed in your written quote.
Chapter 02
Choose the meal plan and share dietary needs
- Breakfast is served in the Generator café each morning.
- Dinner can be arranged as half or full board; confirm the selected plan.
- For full board, packed lunches are collected after breakfast.
- Send allergies and dietary requirements with the rooming list so the kitchen can be briefed before arrival.
Chapter 03
Send the arrival information together
Before the group arrives, prepare the rooming list, flight details, the boys-and-girls split, leaders’ mobile numbers and any medical needs. Sending a complete set of information gives the team a clearer basis for coordinating the stay.
Confirm the arrival plan and coach drop-off details with the team for your travel date. Generator Dublin has reception on site around the clock; the programme’s own leader and welfare arrangements are confirmed with SEDA Summer.
Chapter 04
Set expectations for students
Generator Dublin is a city-centre group accommodation option. The bar and over-18 events are not part of junior programmes. Explain the group’s agreed boundaries before travelling and make sure students know which leaders to contact.
For the full accommodation information and a quote for your dates, visit the Generator Dublin group page or send a group enquiry to SEDA Summer.
